Needed for locations in Immokalee and Fort Pierce, FL
Experience preferred but willing to train mechanically inclined individual
Operate power-driven dredge, safely and efficiently recover raw material from open site
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience operating dredge equipment in similar environment
Valid Driver’s License, proof of good driving record
Safety and technical certifications given special consideration
Mechanic for heavy machinery and sand plant. Mining and sand plant experience a plus. Safety and technical certifications given special consideration and preferred.
Knowledge on repair and maintenance of heavy machinery.
Valid Driver’s License, proof of good driving record.
Maintenance and receiving department seeks individual with industrial parts or heavy equipment service background. Fast paced environment in need of operational support team player to manage daily and scheduled tasks while working on multiple projects simultaneously; prioritizes projects in an environment where things change very quickly.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel is required. Manager Plus Maintenance software a plus, but not required. Position encompasses assistance with scheduling, distribution, and reporting of maintenance and repair work orders for outsourced vendors and facility staff, inventory, purchase requests, parts receiving/labeling/storage. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required. Salary based on experience, review after successful completion of 60 days. Includes benefits, 401k, and bonus. Potential for advancement.
