Stewart Materials Donates to South Florida National Parks Trust In Support of Everglades Education Program

…May 28, 2015, Jupiter, Florida, U.S.A., Stewart Materials, Inc., (SMI) has made an undisclosed donation to the South Florida National Parks Trust. The donation will support programs in four South Florida national parks including environmental education programs at Everglades National Park. The Everglades Environmental Education Program has been introducing South Florida school children to the Everglades through hands-on learning for more than 40 years.

Stewart Materials Named Best Environmental Solution Palm Beach and Collier Counties’ Beach Renourishment Projects Lauded

…May 20, 2015 Jupiter, Florida, U.S.A., Stewart Materials, Inc. (SMI) has been named Best Environmental Solution by Florida Weekly News Magazine in Palm Beach and Collier County. The distinction acknowledges Stewart Materials’ beach renourishment projects in both counties. Stewart Materials supplied 338,495 tons of sand for placement on the stretch of Jupiter Beach from just north of Jupiter Beach Resort to the southernmost tip of Carlin Park.

Beach Renourishment Complete – Stewart Materials Supplies Palm Beach County, Florida, Projects

April 29, 2015, Jupiter, Florida, U.S.A., Stewart Materials, Inc., (SMI) today announced it has successfully supplied nearly 400,000 tons of custom beach sand for two projects in Palm Beach County. Widely acknowledged as the thought leader, supplying inland sourced beach sand for large beach renourishment projects; Stewart Materials supplied 338,495 tons of sand for placement on Jupiter Beach and 56,183 tons for Singer Island.
